RETURN POLICY
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us
immediately, so that we can promptly resolve it for you. You can email us
at Customer
Service.
Prior authorization by RFV Sales, Inc. is necessary for returns and a Return
Authorization Number will be provided to you. The Return Authorization
Number and a copy of the packing slip must be included when the merchandise is
returned.
Returns cannot be accepted more than 15 days after the delivery date.
Used materials cannot be returned.
Shipping charges are not refundable. Credits and refunds may
take 7-10 business days to process.
