Order
Processing
Most orders are processed within one business day, pending credit
approval and product availability. Orders placed Monday – Friday, or on
weekends, will be processed the next business day.
Shipping
RFV Sales, Inc does not ship outside the continental
Orders are shipped UPS Ground. Shipping costs are based on UPS
shipping charges and only the actual shipping charges will be added to your
order. There are no handling charges when you order from RFV Sales, Inc.

Status / UPS Tracking Numbers
You will receive an email once your order has shipped. The
UPS Tracking Number will be included in the email.
If you have registered an online account at www.rfvsales.com,
you can check your Order Status, Order History and Order details for any order
placed online. Log in to your account and click on the Order Status link
at the top of the page.
Order
Acceptance
You may receive more than one shipment when you place an order for
multiple items. When your order is delivered, please verify that the
merchandise is correct, complete and in acceptable condition. Be sure to note
any discrepancies before signing for shipments. RFV Sales, Inc. cannot be held
responsible for any shipment that is damaged or incomplete after you the order
has been accepted.
